PlayConnect + playgroups are open to all children with a disability and/or developmental concern aged 0-6.5 years, their families, carers, and siblings. These playgroups provide holistic family support, including referrals, information, and advice about disability support services. Please contact Nicole on 0457 777 701 prior to attendance to confirm session details.
