The Samford & Districts Playgroup is a community playgroup offering both indoor and outdoor play for children aged 0-5, as well as social connection for parents and carers. The playgroup hosts multiple weekly sessions, as well as special sessions and events. Families can become members each term for $45 per family, which includes unlimited play sessions and other benefits (paid via Humanitix). Casual attendance is also welcome for $10 per session, paid on arrival (cash and card accepted). Please bring a snack, hat, water bottle and a change of clothes (sessions often involve messy play or water play!) Parents/carers are required to supervise their children at all times, and all help to pack up at the end of the session. This playgroup is one of the longest running in Queensland, operating on volunteer basis for more than 52 years, thanks to the generous support of playgroup families and the broader community. Please help us continue this amazing playgroup by being respectful and considerate of our volunteers.
