Bush Kindy: Kirra and Coco

<p>Join this special Bush Kindy with local author Emily Serow for story-time with her new book about koala sisters, Kirra and Coco, and enjoy fun koala-inspired activities. Bush Kindy is for children aged 3-5 years, alongside their parents and carers. Be immersed in the natural surroundings of the reserve as children build nature confidence through bushwalks, exploration, story-time, art &#39;n&#39; craft and much more.</p><p>Bush Kindy sessions can go up to 45 minutes and will go ahead in light rain. Themes vary each week.</p><p>This activity is for the general public. If you are a daycare or vacation group interested in attending a similar activity please email us at <a href="mailto:DCBC@brisbane.qld.gov.au" target="_blank">DCBC@brisbane.qld.gov.au</a>.</p><p>Requirements:</p><ul> <li>Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in at the environment centre.</li> <li>All children must be directly supervised by an adult.</li> <li>Wear a hat, sun-safe clothing, fully enclosed shoes, sunscreen, and bring insect repellent.</li> <li>Suitable old clothes recommended for messy play.</li> <li>Bring water and a snack if required, as there are no food outlets on site.</li></ul><p>Note:<strong> </strong>Outdoor events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.</p><ul></ul>
