MyTime is a chill support group for mums, dads, grandparents, and other carers who look after a child with a disability or long-term health issue. It's all about giving you some time to focus on your own needs, build confidence, and meet other carers in similar situations. Sessions happen during school terms and include morning tea, casual chats with other parents, guest speakers, and info about local services. Kids under school age are welcome to come along. No cost is mentioned, so it's likely free. Just bring yourself and your little one if needed.
